ÁLBUM DE FOTOS * PHOTOALBUM

Ana es de esas personas que ya en los primeros momentos te transmite la sensación de que la conoces desde siempre. Ha sido mamá recientemente y no podía dejar pasar la ocasión de hacerle un regalo hecho por mi. Además su imagen favorita son las anclas marinas y las imprimí en el papel protector que lleva delante cada hoja del álbum. Como ya viene siendo habitual, también hice una bolsita de tela para guardarlo. ¡Seguro que ya lo ha llenado de fotos!

Ana is one of those people who from the very first moment, transmits to you the sensation that you have always known her. She has had her baby recently and I could not pass up the chance to give her a gift made by me. In addition, his favorite image is the anchors and I printed them on the protective paper that I put before each sheet of the album. As usual, I also made a cloth bag to store it. I'm sure she has filled it with photos!

NAVIDAD * CHRISTMAS

Los amigos de @lookforskill, me propusieron hacer algo con motivo de la época navideña. Yo hice este álbum de fotos, con las páginas justas para guardar todos esos momentos pasados alrededor de una mesa, en familia y con los amigos o familiares que el resto del año no tenemos cerca. El toque final fue la funda para guardarlo, simulando un calcetín navideño, ¿qué os parece?

The friends of @lookforskill, proposed me to do something for the Christmas season. I made this photo album, with just the exact number of pages to keep all those moments spent around a table, with family and friends that are far from us the rest of the year. The final touch was the sleeve to keep it, simulating a Christmas sock, what do you think?

LIBRO DE FIRMAS * GUESTBOOK

Hacer este libro ha sido muy especial, porque cuando haces algo para un amigo, pones mucho cariño, además de todo el mimo y cuidado que pongo siempre al hacer cualquier encuadernación.

Por cierto, si vais a Estocolmo, no dejéis de visitarles (@mcreperie) y probar los mejores crepes de Suecia.

LIBRO DE FIRMAS * GUESTBOOK

Os traigo aquí el libro de firmas que me encargaron para la boda de Quique y Ana. Como los últimos que he hecho, lleva hojas para colocar las fotos informales que hacen los invitados con sus teléfonos móviles, ¡que no se pierda ni una! El libro iba dentro de una caja hecha especialmente para él.

I bring here the book of signatures that I was commissioned for the wedding of Quique and Ana.

25 AÑOS NO ES NADA * 25 YEARS IS NOTHING AT ALL

Esta entrada está dedicada a los últimos libros de firmas que he hecho. Los dos son para conmemorar los 25 años de andadura de una pareja que sigue conservando lo más esencial para durar otros 25, el amor que se profesan uno al otro. This post is dedicated to the latest guest books I have made. Both are to commemorate the 25 years of life of a couple that still retains the most essential to last another 25, the love they profess to each other. It has been a pleasure to put something of myself in those two celebrations.

Para esta ocasión opté por una encuadernación con tornillos, que incluyó además hojas para pegar fotos

En las hojas destinadas a las dedicatorias de los invitados se ve la flor favorita de la novia (violetas) y la iglesia donde se casaron, muy querida por la pareja.

UN CUADERNO MUY ESPECIAL * A VERY SPECIAL NOTEBOOK

Cuando empecé a pensar en un regalo para Pilar, enseguida supe lo que haría especialmente para ella. Es una persona curiosa por naturaleza y siempre nos está descubriendo sitios de Madrid a los que ella llama “Secret places by la Pili”.

Pensé que todos esos sitios tan especiales merecían guardarse en un cuaderno especial, para poder consultarlo cada vez que alguien acuda a Pilar en busca de ese sitio secreto con el que sorprender a alguien. Realmente creo que he conseguido un regalo muy personal y a ella le ha gustado muchísimo, espero que lo llene con todos esos sitios secretos que luego nos cuenta entusiasmada.

When I started thinking about a gift for Pilar, I immediately knew what I would do especially for her. she is a curious person by nature and is always discovering places in Madrid that she call “Secret places by la Pili”.

I thought that all those special places deserved to be stored in a special notebook she could consult every time that someone came to Pilar in search of that secret place with which to surprise someone. I really believe that I have made a very personal gift and she liked it a lot, I hope she fill it with all those secret places that she tells us excitedly.

ALBUM DE BODA * WEDDING ALBUM

¡Parece que últimamente todo el mundo a mi alrededor ha decidido casarse! Mi prima Olga, acaba de hacerlo y tanto ella como Sergio (su recién estrenado marido) nos han hecho muy felices a todos. Mi regalo fue, cómo no, su álbum de fotos, para que cada vez que recuerde ese día, también recuerde lo que la queremos todos los que la conocemos.

El álbum está encuadernado con tornillos, que quedan ocultos bajo una solapa, quedando así un aspecto más elegante al abrir el álbum.

It seems that lately everyone around me has decided to get married! My cousin Olga just did it and she and Sergio (her husband) have made us all very happy. My gift was, of course, her photo album, so that each time she remembers that day, she also remembers that all of us love her.

The album is bound with screws which are hidden under a flap, leaving a more elegant appearance when opening the album.
